There are simple and yet valuable everyday actions that, if applied regularly and consistently in our lives, will enable us not only to feel better but to set in motion mechanisms of self-healing – mechanisms that our bodies are able to summon if conditioned to do so. These are simple, ordinary actions – which is the very reason why they are so frequently forgotten or passed over.
This course brings back all these things into being, from our eating habits to the way we sleep, and above all dream, from keeping ourselves physiologically regular to those aspects of our behavior and character that, left unchecked, may be the forerunners of inward and then outer, physical malaise.
This course lasts one day, and as a conclusion, you are given a powerful individual activation that you can use to stimulate your own healing power, an intuitive work that you will find easy to use on yourself.
