Damanhur believes in a future in which the nations of the world are replaced by many independent communities. For this reason, we've decided to dedicate one of our properties to those who have dreams and want to realize them.

If you would like to create a community just a few kilometers from the Federation of Damanhur, we are renting a property called Punto Verde, situated in the town of Caluso (TO), in Canavese.

The area is agricultural with different possibilities for development and use. You may create structures for recreational sports, services, craftsmanship and agricultural production.

The property is composed of 6 hectares of terrain, of which more than half is adapted for cultivation of organic agriculture. There is a large house with 300 m/sq, and a smaller, independent house with two bedrooms and a bathroom, a storage space with 500 m/sq of space, photovoltaic implants that produce 5800 kw/h per year, three small lakes with areas for breeding tench fish, garden areas and space for parking.

The residential part has central heating and is ready for habitation immediately.
